  • Children should never be left unattended and remain the responsibility of the parent/carer at all times
  • Parents and carers remain responsible for their children at all times
  • Only adults over 18 years may supervise children under 5 on the equipment
  • One adult may accompany a child on the play equipment
  • Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the play area
  • No glassware is to be brought into or used in the play area
  • No food, drink or chewing gum allowed on the equipment
  • Only food bought on the premises may be consumed here
  •  Shoes must be removed before entering the play area, but socks must be worn always
  • Biting, Scratching or any other physical harm to another child will result in asking the child & carer to leave
  • Arms and legs should be covered. Remove jewellery, badges and all other sharp objects
  • No climbing the equipment netting
  • Children who are unwell should not use the play equipment
  • Children who wear glasses or contact lenses should take particular care
  • No running in seating areas
  • Leave all personal items such as money with parents/carers or behind    reception
  • Lilly’s Pad Do Not accept liability for any losses, damage or theft
  • Unsociable behaviour or verbal abuse will not be tolerated. Any person displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave the play centre and not return
  • Baby seats and high chairs are for babies only and used at the customers own risk

Lilly’s Pad reserves the right to ask any person not observing these rules to leave the premises without refund
